EXOTIC tastes like a tropical vacation. We quadruple dry hopped this beer with Belma and HBC 342. On the nose we get huge aromas of dole canned pineapple, krispy kremes, and peach gummy rings. On the palate, we feel like we’re biting into a juicy overripe mango studded with candied pineapple. The fluffy texture brings to mind tropical fruit cotton candy. Now, why isn't that a thing!?
First released in 2012, Belma hops were developed by Puterbaugh Farms in the Yakima Valley. We are really digging their ambrosial aromas. HBC 342 is a collaboration breeding between Hop Union and the Hop Breeding Co. It brought a delightful bitterness and distinct citrus note to the beer.
